Refund Policy
Returns
Unused, unworn items with tags attached are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and included materials. Worn items are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Amount
Approved returns are refunded for the item price only. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected. Please allow a short processing period for your refund to appear on your original payment method.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom orders and personalized or engraved items are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
International Orders
Any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
