Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jun Design and Co. jewelry. Unused, unworn items with tags still attached are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, pristine condition, unworn, and include all original packaging, tags, and included materials. Items that show signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return.

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for our 14K gold pieces, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refund Amount

Approved returns are refunded for the item price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed promptly after the returned item is received and inspected by our team. Please allow a short processing period for your refund to appear on your original payment method.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Because they are created specifically for you, custom orders, personalized pieces, and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

International Orders

Any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
