Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized items have processing times that vary by design. Once the final design is confirmed and the order is ready to begin production, we will provide an estimated timeline. Rush service may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Shipping Carriers and Service
We ship primarily with USPS Priority Mail. Shipping may be fulfilled through an equivalent service when needed to ensure timely delivery.

Most U.S. orders arrive in 2 to 3 business days after shipment, depending on location.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping, including shipping to Mexico. Most international orders arrive in 5 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in shipping costs.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders of $150 and up.

Orders under $150 are charged standard shipping at checkout.
Insurance and Signature Delivery
All orders ship insured. Signature confirmation is required for all shipments. Orders over $500 require adult signature at delivery.

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
